On December 2015 Sasser Companies was called out to remediate some mold found in a condominium unit. The property management company had advised the builder had taken shortcuts and they had made small repairs on the building before our arrival. Upon investigation, we found rot and mold at the electrical panel of the building. The entire 1st-floor wall had to be torn out and reconstructed. Mold removal chemicals were introduced to prevent any further damage from occurring. Check out the pictures which depict the progress of the job.
